MAP Realty was founded by three High Country entrepreneurs, Trey Morrison, Ethan Anderson and Casey Pond. Prior to opening MAP Realty we had been involved in over 75 personal real estate transactions in the High Country area, so we had a lot of experience to base our business model on. Our goal was, and still is, to provide the Watauga, Avery and Ashe County areas with a higher level of service than we experienced in our own previous real estate transactions. Collectively we have over 40 years experience in the area. We have opened other local businesses, built new homes, completed numerous house renovations and facilitated land development projects. Through these experiences we have gained a thorough understanding of the local market and all it's subtleties as well as acquiring a vast network of professional relationships that we use to help our customers achieve their goals.
