HUD SAMPLE FORM

In order for your North Carolina Real estate transaction to go as smoothly as possible here is a sample HUD-1 form. This is the most important form that you will see at closing. It will be filled out with all of the pertinent financial information for both the seller and the buyer. By taking a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the HUD-1 you will be better prepared to complete your real estate transaction.
